Repeated melody in Mozart's concerto 21

Today, when I listen to the so lovely concerto piano 21, at around 11th or 12th minute, I realize the familiar pattern in symphony 40. In fact, the concerto was written in 1785, while the symphony 40 was composed 3 years later.
